These Terms of Service govern your use of Physique Vision, operated by Next Level Labs LLC.
By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Physique Vision provides AI-powered fitness coaching, training programming, nutrition guidance, and physique projection. The App is a fitness tool, not a medical device. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a physician before beginning any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have existing medical conditions or injuries.
Physique Vision offers auto-renewable subscriptions: Vision Pro Monthly ($19.99/month) and Vision Pro Annual ($99.99/year), each with a 7-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device’s Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
You retain ownership of all content you create in the App, including photos, logs, and messages. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process this content solely to provide the service (generating your program, powering the coach, creating projections). We do not claim ownership of your content.
Projection images are AI-generated estimates based on your photos, goals, and training data. They represent possible outcomes with consistent effort and are not guarantees. Individual results vary based on genetics, adherence, nutrition, sleep, and other factors. Projections are motivational tools, not promises.
You agree not to: reverse-engineer the App, use it for any unlawful purpose, share your account credentials, or submit false information that could affect your health recommendations.
You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Settings → Delete account & all data. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Next Level Labs LLC is not liable for any injuries, health issues, or damages arising from use of the App or reliance on its recommendations. You use the App at your own risk.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
