Physique Vision (“the App”) is operated by Next Level Labs LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Your name and email address, used to create and maintain your account. If you sign in with Apple, we receive the name and email you authorize.
Workout logs, meal logs, body measurements, weight entries, mood check-ins, and injury information you provide. If you connect Apple Health, we read sleep duration, heart rate, and step count (read-only — we never write to Apple Health).
Body scan photos you take within the app for physique projection. Photos are stored on your device. If you use the projection feature, photos are processed to generate your transformation preview. Photos are never shared with third parties.
Messages you exchange with your AI coach are sent to our server to generate responses and are stored to maintain your coach’s memory and continuity.
Food descriptions, barcode scans, and meal photos you submit are processed to estimate nutritional content. Barcode lookups use the Open Food Facts database. Natural language food queries may be processed through the Nutritionix API.
When you tap the microphone, your speech is transcribed using on-device speech recognition. Audio is processed in real time and is not stored or transmitted. Only the resulting text transcript is used to create your log entry.
We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions. RevenueCat receives your anonymous app user ID and purchase records. We do not collect or store payment card information — all payments are processed by Apple.
We generate an anonymous user ID to associate your data with your account.
All data is used exclusively for App functionality:
We do not use your data for advertising, tracking across other apps or websites, or data brokering. We do not sell your data to third parties. Ever.
Your health and fitness data receives the highest level of protection. It is never used for advertising or marketing purposes. It is never shared with third parties for their own purposes. It is never sold. This applies to all health data whether entered manually or read from Apple Health.
Your workout logs, meal logs, measurements, and preferences are stored locally on your device and synced to our secure servers (Cloudflare Workers with encrypted storage) to enable features like coach memory and weekly recaps. Body scan photos are stored on your device and are only transmitted when you explicitly use the projection feature. All data transmission uses HTTPS encryption.
You can export all your data at any time from Profile → Settings → Export my data. You can delete your entire account and all associated data from Profile → Settings → Delete account & all data. Account deletion is permanent and removes your data from both your device and our servers. You can disconnect Apple Health at any time from your device’s Settings → Privacy → Health. You can disable voice input, notifications, and the wake word from Profile → Settings → Voice & Privacy.
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all data is permanently removed from our servers within 30 days. If your subscription lapses, your data is preserved in case you return — it is only deleted when you explicitly request account deletion.
Physique Vision is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Each service processes only the minimum data necessary to provide its function. None receive your body scan photos.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
